How to use

Steps:

  1. Enter your registered email and password.

  2. Click Login to access your dashboard.

  3. Forgot password? Click Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email.

💡 Tip: For security, always log out after each session, especially on shared devices.


🏠 2. Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, you’ll see your personalized Client Dashboard, which gives you an at-a-glance view of:

  • Active Projects – ongoing work with progress bars

  • Invoices – unpaid, paid, and overdue summaries

  • Proposals & Estimates – sent, approved, or declined

  • Support Tickets – open and resolved queries

  • Recent Activity – updates from Thynkk Digital’s team

This central hub helps you stay informed and updated in real time.


📁 3. Projects Module

View all your projects with details such as milestones, deadlines, and assigned team members.

Actions you can perform:

  • View project progress percentage

  • Download files shared by Thynkk Digital

  • Upload necessary documents

  • Add comments or ask questions directly within a project

🔹 All updates are automatically logged and visible to both you and the Thynkk Digital team for transparent collaboration.


💰 4. Invoices & Payments

Stay on top of your billing and payments through the Invoices tab.

You can:

  • View all issued invoices

  • Download PDF copies

  • Pay online through integrated gateways (if enabled)

  • Check payment history and receipts

💡 Need clarification on an invoice? Use the “Add Comment” option to notify our accounts team instantly.


📑 5. Estimates & Proposals

Review project proposals or SEO/marketing quotations shared by Thynkk Digital.

Each proposal includes:

  • Work scope and deliverables

  • Pricing and payment terms

  • Approval and feedback options

Actions:

  • Approve directly from the portal

  • Decline with comments for revision

  • Download the PDF copy for records


🎫 6. Support Tickets

Need help? The Support Tickets section ensures smooth communication with our support team.

How to use:

  1. Go to Support → Tickets

  2. Click New Ticket

  3. Choose department (e.g., SEO, Website, Accounts)

  4. Describe your issue clearly and attach files if needed

You can track replies, status (open/closed), and resolution history in one place.

✅ Quick tip: Always choose the right department for faster response.


🧾 7. Documents & Files

Access project-related files and reports uploaded by our team.
All shared documents remain securely stored within your account.

You can:

  • Preview or download files

  • Upload your own related documents

  • View version history (if enabled)


🧩 8. Tasks (Optional Feature)

Some projects may have individual tasks assigned to you for review or approval.

You can:

  • Check task progress

  • Comment on completion updates

  • View deadlines and assigned staff


💬 9. Announcements & Notifications

Stay updated with important notices or system updates posted by Thynkk Digital.
You’ll also receive in-app notifications for:

  • New invoices or estimates

  • Ticket replies

  • Project updates

  • Comments or file uploads

🔔 Always keep notifications enabled for real-time updates.


⚙️ 10. Profile Settings

Keep your account information up-to-date.
Go to Profile → Edit Profile to:

  • Change your display name or company info

  • Update email and contact details

  • Change password

  • Upload your company logo
